Jay has published several scholarly articles and addressed area historical societies concerning antiques and collectibles. He has participated in “Road Show” style appraisal days for the Bethel Historical Society over the past three years, the New Fairfield Historical Society, the Danbury Museum and Historical Society, and the Wilton Education Foundation to name a few.
